Roger Delles graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Business and Public Administration, and received his Masters Degree in Recreation and Urban Planning from the University of Oregon. He spent more than ten years working as consultant for the recreation and tourism industry with projects throughout the United States and Canada. He entered the financial services arena in 1984 and has spent the last 30 years building a successful practice specializing in the dental community. Roger lives in the Portland area with his wife Judy. They enjoy travel, a wide variety of outdoor activities … and grandkids.

David Winstead received his Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University. As an experienced, results-oriented finance and accounting professional, his strengths include solid accounting procedures, analytical skills, financial and management reporting, and business consulting.  Additionally, he is creative and possesses a strong sense of integrity. David has over 15 years of professional consulting experience, particularly in the dental and other professional markets. David's wife is a practicing dentist in Salem, Oregon, and they have two children … Jacob & Rayah.
